What does Medley cost?
£50 a month or £495 a year per club, after a 60-day free trial. Paying yearly saves £105. Either covers every feature for everyone in your club.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new club gets 60 days of Medley free, with every feature and no card needed. We'll get in touch before the trial ends, and if Medley isn't for you, you can export your club's data and leave.
Does Medley work with Hy-Tek Meet Manager and SPLASH?
Yes. Medley exports meet entries as a Hy-Tek .hy3 file (the same format Team Manager produces), as SDIF, and as Lenex for SPLASH. It can also read a host's Hy-Tek meet file to set up a meet for you.
How do we move our club from our current software?
Send us an export of your members and swimmers from your current system or spreadsheet, and we'll import it into Medley for you. Your members then join with your club code, and you link parents to their swimmers as you approve them.
Can parents use Medley on their phones?
Yes. Medley runs in any modern phone or computer browser, with nothing to install. Push notifications work on Android and desktop browsers; on iPhone, parents add Medley to their Home Screen first.
Who can see our club's data?
Only your club's approved members, and each only what their role allows. Parents see their own swimmers, not everyone's. Club data is stored in Google Cloud data centres in the EU.
Does Medley connect to Swim England rankings?
Not directly yet. You can paste a swimmer's best times from swimmingresults.org, and Medley uses them for qualifying checks and entries.
