How it works
From free trial to full subscription
Set up your club
Sign up with your club code. Your 60-day free trial starts straight away, with every feature switched on and no card needed.
Try it with your club
Invite your committee, coaches and a few parents. Add swimmers, put a meet together and send a notice, so you see how Medley fits the way your club runs.
Upgrade when you're ready
Your Chair, Secretary or Treasurer chooses monthly or annual on Medley's Subscription page. Upgrade any day of the trial: your card is taken then, but the first payment isn't until the trial ends. Medley shows how many days are left.
We move your club across
Once you've subscribed, we'll carry out a full migration if you need one. Send us the export from your current system or your spreadsheets, and we'll bring in your members, swimmers and squads, linked to their parents, so nobody retypes anything.

Pricing questions
Is the price per member or per swimmer?
Neither. It's one price per club: £50 a month or £495 a year, however many members, swimmers, coaches and parents you have. Parents never pay to use Medley.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You only enter a card when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
We'll be in touch before your 60 days are up. If you've upgraded, your subscription simply carries on and the first payment is taken. If Medley isn't for you, you pay nothing, and you'll have at least 14 days to export your club's data.
When do you migrate our data?
When you move from the trial to a subscription. Send us the export from your current club software or spreadsheets and we'll set your club up from it. Many clubs start the trial with a few test swimmers, then have us bring everyone across once they've decided.
Can we switch between monthly and annual, or cancel?
Yes. Your club's officers can change plan, update the card, download invoices or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep Medley until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe, Medley's payment provider. Your club's officers can download every invoice from Medley's Subscription page.
Are there any extra costs?
Not from Medley. If your club takes meet fees online, Stripe's card fees come out of those payments, as with any card payment. That money goes straight to your club's own Stripe account.
